Check your inbox
Your confirmation email with receipt is on its way. The full venue address, start time and joining instructions will land there shortly too.

Pre-day pack
A week before, you’ll get a pre-day pack — a short brief on what we’ll cover, what to bring, and a couple of prompts to think through before you arrive.

Arrive ready
Doors at 9:45am. We start sharply at 10am and run to 6pm. Lunch and refreshments are included. Park up, grab a brew, and be ready to work.
On The Day

on your business.
- Your laptop. This is a working day — we’ll be in your actual business, not a slide deck.
- Anything you lean on day-to-day. Spreadsheets, notes, templates, login details, the deal you’re analysing — whatever you use to run your business, bring it.
- A notebook and pen. Some things are better scribbled than typed.
- Your current deal or biggest block. Something real. This is what we’ll dig into together.
- The questions you’ve been sitting on. The awkward ones, the ones you’re embarrassed to ask. This is the room for them.
